– The City of Lamar’s Human Resources is responsible for ensuring an employee workforce that meets the needs of the City of Lamar organization and the citizens we serve. Human Resources oversees recruitment and retention of employees for the City. It is also responsible for salary and fringe benefit administration; training programs; administration of workplace safety and loss control programs; property and liability claims management and the workers’ compensation program.

Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and we are located at 102 East Parmenter, 2nd floor, Lamar, Colorado. Applications may be picked up in our office, or downloaded from this web site by clicking the Employment link on the front page.
