City Of Lamar Main Street Facade Concepts
In April of 2009, the City of Lamar entered into a Memorandum Of Understanding between the Colorado Department of Local Affairs/Colorado State University Extension to create concept designs for building façade improvements and visually appealing signage concepts. Façade concepts include 20 buildings that have two options, a high and low cost, with a palate of colors for building owners to consider.
These concepts are for discussion purposes only. The city has no plans to compel property owners to make these or any other changes to their property.
