Downtown Lamar is at the intersection of two major highways, U.S. Hwy 287 & U.S. Hwy 50, the Santa Fe Trail and the Burlington Northern railroad. Lamar Partnership Inc. (LPI) is works to make lasting changes in Downtown Lamar by leveraging partnerships and historic assets, and building together to create a destination for residents and visitors to our community. LPI's goal is to bridge various community development organizations to help leverage individual efforts into something greater.

Lamar is a CROSSROADS DESTINATION and is all about the experience.
